Please allow 24 hours to receive an order confirmation in your email. Sometimes these emails get filtered into the spam/junk folders, so please check there as well. If you still have not received an order confirmation, please contact us at email@example.com.
Order status and updates will be sent to you as soon as the order is updated. Every order also comes with a shipping tracking number that you can use to follow the delivery progress.

We process orders as quickly as possible to minimize the delivery time, so unfortunately you aren't able to cancel orders after they are placed. Please see our section on Returns & Refunds for information on how to return an item that you do not wish to keep.
If the address for an order is incorrect, please contact email@example.com immediately. Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched to the shipping courier, we are unable to change the address and you will need to arrange a new delivery or pickup with the courier.
